How the analyzer works

The analyzer runs the exact checks a QoE provider will run, over the monthly template CSV: period, revenue_books, expenses_books, bank_deposits, bank_disbursements, tax_revenue, owner_comp, addbacks_documented, addbacks_undocumented — plus optional annual debt service for the DSCR test.

The five flag families

Every flag, named

CASH_PROOF_VARIANCEBank deposits vs books revenue beyond ±2% — SOP cash-proof tolerance concern
TAX_VARIANCETax-return revenue vs books beyond ±2% — QoE provider will require explanation
UNDISCLOSED_EXPENSE_RISKBank disbursements vs books expenses beyond ±3%
UNDOCUMENTED_ADDBACKSAdd-backs claimed without evidence — excluded from ready EBITDA
DSCR_BELOW_SBA_FLOORDocumented DSCR under 1.25x — the historical floor for initial acquisitions

Computed outputs

reported_ebitda; adjusted_ebitda_documented_only (reported + documented add-backs only); adjusted_ebitda_as_claimed (documented + undocumented, shown separately, never blended); owner_comp_total; cash_proof_variance_pct; tax_variance_pct; expense_variance_pct; dscr_documented.

Readiness verdict

No flags = READY; 1–2 flags = NEEDS_WORK; 3+ flags = NOT_READY. The public checker on the homepage and the delivery analyzer share one rules module and stay in sync on thresholds and verdicts. Try the checker with your own numbers — no account, no email before the verdict.

What intake asks

1Name/company/email, role (seller/buyer/broker), deal type (initial/expansion/buyout/other), purchase price band
2Periods available (TTM, FY-1, FY-2), accounting system
3Package: Audit / Full Prep / Broker Desk
4Full Prep adds: add-back evidence files, owner-comp support, related-party schedule, customer concentration top-10

Readiness preparation only — not a QoE report, audit, or valuation. Lender QoE must be independent and lender-ordered per SBA SOP 50 10 8.1.

Don’t walk into the lender’s QoE unreconciled.

Run your own numbers through the readiness checker above, or start with the flat-fee Readiness Audit and find the landmines before the lender does.
