What’s in place today
Financials used for one job: your period totals and evidence files are used to run your engagement and produce your report — never sold, never shared, and never used for another client. Client financials are confidential by rule: NDA on request, data used only for your engagement.
Private storage: evidence files live in private storage behind authenticated, ownership-checked downloads — never on public URLs.
Payments: checkout and card handling are done by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.
Retention: the minimum necessary. Deletion on request after delivery.
What we don’t claim
We are not SOC 2 certified and have not completed a third-party penetration test. We’ll say so plainly until we have. QoEReady is readiness preparation only — not a QoE report, audit, or valuation.
